I've used this toothpaste for a few years now and I'm confident this is right toothpaste for me. As I initially suspected, the ingredients are as good as you can get for the price, and my teeth feel noticeably healthier. My dentist always comments on how good they look, which backs up my feelings and research, and the fact that I've had 0 teeth issues since using this.Since it's completely edible you can avoid rinsing your mouth afterwards and I recommend to indeed avoid rinsing. Unexpected benefit that way is that my breath stays pretty good. Also when waking up in the morning. I used to hate the bad breath in the morning when using fluoride toothpastes.

I really like this product, I have a very sensitive tooth and used to bother me a lot while brushing, not anymore. I usually prefer a more minty taste but is not bad at all. The only thing I don’t like is that you are not supposed to rinse your mouth after and it’s a bit weird. But overall great product and quality.

I came across this toothpaste from a friend and noticing it had a few ingredients i havent seen i asked my dentist about it and they said it would be a good product to try. Im normally a morning only brusher so this was also to help me habituate brushing at night.After receiving the toothpaste i thought it was interesting the first impression was that it came in a dollop bottle, and seemed to squirt the correct amt of toothpaste needed vs how i used to splurge on the previous crest brand.The flavor was a light mint and very subtle taste. Had no issues and a nice aftertaste.The nightine brand was also very sublte light with a hint if citrus, and interestingly enough every time ive used it i have noticed a big difference w sleeping betterThe pricepoint was admittingly high but in my experience pple try to keep costs as low as they can for consumers, the ingredients in this paste arent worth sacrificing for the value im getting from it is what thats telling me, and from what im learning

Good Product

After the first brushing, I could swear my teeth were instantly two shades whiter. The nighttime version is also ideal for soothing a sore throat and cough before bed. I always look forward to using the night version because it soothes my throat and leaves a delightful taste that calms me down and that I now associate with sleep.After my first Karmicare Duo, I switched to regular toothpaste two months ago. Now I’m using it full-time again, and I’m seeing the whitening effect once more. It really works!

I am no stranger to pricey toothpastes, choosing to use another brand regularly, albeit not as costly. Came across this brand, which reminded me of a recent article I read on the benefits of Hydroxyapatite. Figured this was a great opportunity to give it a try, as Karmicare seems to be a reputable provider of this type of product. Have been using it daily for just under a month so far.UseYou receive two different tubes -- one for AM and one for PM. They are very easy to use as they work as a pump dispenser. Frankly I wish all toothpastes would use this model, as it's easy and will ensure you get every last drop out of the container, which is important when you are paying for a premium product. As for flavor, the AM is a bit minty while the PM is charcoal based and has a cinnamon/orange flavor. For me, I found two pumps worked fine for both AM and PM. The AM does not foam as much, while the PM did. You can use up to four pumps per the instructions, but then you'll go through the toothpaste more quickly, so I stuck with two. You don't rinse with these products, which is surprisingly easy to get used to. My teeth are already in good shape, so this was not a situation of going from a rough mouth to a great one.PositivesAs a toothpaste, there is no doubt that this product does the job. My teeth felt very clean and it did seem to do a better job than other brands and removing plaque and tartar. I did see some mild improvement to whitening, which was surprising as I don't feel most whitening toothpastes actually do much in that regard. The flavors are not overly potent, nor do they linger after brushing. I didn't get that "fresh breath" tingly feeling after brushing, but that did not bother me as my teeth felt clean.Other ClaimsWhile personally I think it makes sense to have a different toothpaste for AM and PM, I did not notice any of the purported "awake" or "asleep" benefits from the added Guarana or Valerian. Nor did my teeth "feel" any stronger -- they may have improved in strength, but not something I could physically discern. I did have some increased sensitivity which was odd to me since Hydroxyapatite should reduce that, so I concluded that may be due to a whitening agent. I do normally steer clear of whitening toothpaste as it does cause sensitivity for me.Overall this is undoubtedly a high quality toothpaste and will keep your teeth clean and fresh, and may also provide other benefits. I did not realize many of those other benefits, or at least could not tell any difference personally, so for me this would be hard to rationalize the price tag. Based on other reviews, this has worked really well for some people, and it's a reasonable one-time purchase if you want to see how well it does for you. At the minimum, your teeth will get a good cleaning.

Love that these are ingredients that are healthy. Brightens your smile. Longlasting great fresh taste and teeth feel clean. My family enjoy this toothpaste...even my Mom who is 90 loves it. I know you will as well. I buy 2 sets Because I dont want to run out. They last me about 6 to 8 weeks.
