Powerful, noisy, does the job
I knew what I was buying as seen these in operation in Indian kitchens. Yes it is noisy but wow it grinds spices to a powder in no time at all. The small jar makes chutneys - I have a Magimix which I love but it just doesnt do the same thing. Just put a bunch of coriander in the jar with some lemon juice, onion, yoghurt and green chilli, whizz it up for a minutebir two and you have a bright green fresh coriander chutney.
