There are tutorials for C and Python - I've worked through all of the Python ones and they are a brilliant way to get started. I'm a software developer but a complete beginner when it comes hardware - this was exactly what I needed.It's a no brainer for the money, I'd highly recommend.

The tutorial is what makes this kit. I am brand new to the Raspberry Pico, although I have worked with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and PIC. I was concerned about working with the Pico, as my trek through official Pico documentation, Google searches, and YouTube videos was making me very confused. The tutorial uses the Arduino IDE for compiling and running C code. It uses Thonny for the python code. As of October 2024, the tutorial and samples for python and c are provided in a .zip file that is accessed through a website. There is no need to use a Dropbox account as mentioned in some reviews and comments. I have worked through all of the C code samples, and many of the python examples. They have all worked for me. The examples are fairly basic, but also pretty comprehensive for a starter kit. They exercise the various IO pins, the serial interfaces, WIFI AP and Station, and TCP/IP. I have flashed the Pico W with both the included USB cable, and with a Raspberry Pi Pico debug probe, and had no issues. I am very pleased with the kit. It has walked me through the steps to get the Pico W working, and removed some of the confusion caused by the Pico documentation.

A raíz de un curso (del que no esperaba el tener que comprar este tipo de material), necesité adquirir una RB Pico. Me topé com este kit y me ha resultado muy práctico. Considero que la relación precio-calidad-utilidad es adecuada. Así que es algo que ampliamente recomiendo para hobbistas y estudiantes... profesores tanmbién.

Die Online Doku bei Freenove ist sehr gut für den Einstieg.Dieses Board ist das am Meisten erwähnte 32-Bit Board im globalen Internet.Auch den Einstieg in die Welt des FreeRTOS Betriebsystems ist mit diesem Board gut möglich.Das Board hat für FreeRTOS genügen RAM und Flash Speicher.Nur Mut... starten Sie mit Ihren Experimenten. Auch für Laborversuche an Schulen geeignet.

Ottimo kit per iniziare, si potevano scegliere un po’ meglio i componenti inclusi, es. Un paio di led in meno e un paio di condensatori (che sono assenti) in più, volendo lasciare immutato il numero dei componenti.
