After months of using it. I can say that this multimeter is reliable for my hobby and home use. I love the red continuity led light. :)

My old multimeter finally died and needed to be replaced. This unit was a bit larger than my last unit and I found it was easier to read. I like the flip out stand on the back which also made it easier to read. The interface is easy to understand and use. I liked that it came with a semi hard shell storage case plus a set of alligator clips, two items that I would normally have to purchase separately. It also includes a thermocouple lead for measuring temperature. This is a versatile TRMS meter for DIY'ers and for the money, it's hard to beat.

The first pair arrived with one of the test leads broken. I returned it for a new replacement. The second one seems to work properly. It's a solid meter, but it obviously missed something in quality control OR it has been sold and returned and just put back in stock. This seems to be a trend with Amazon.

Unit was well packaged with no damage to packing or the meter.All functions work properly and auto ranging only takes a second.I recommend also getting another probe with a pin sharp point to check wires without having to disconnect them or if you can’t reach the connector.The probe that comes with it isn’t able to do that.

Everything included js well thought out to include spare fuses.Only thing potential bad based on past multimeters to include Fluke is the swinging stand nubs that hold it to the case when closed. They probably will wear out with use as the rubberized case is kinda stiff and the stand will flop around. Not a major issue but a twist lock bolt would be nice instead of prying open and pushing closed.Overall I'm impressed...

Meter arrived in excellent condition. Is exactly as pictured online. It was minus the wire stripper and alligator cables. They are sending me the alligator cables and because the wire stripper is no longer available, they sent a small refund.Excellent customer service. I did see it cheaper elsewhere, but not enough to worry or to ask for a refund/rebate.So, simply put. A good meter for the price - with enough measurements to satisfy my needs. DC/AC/amps are a nice touch. Not too many meters read AC amps.
