This product I use it for both school and work and it is great. We used this as a personal item on the plane because it’s the perfect measurements. It’s a smaller backpack for sure but it held up for a 3 week road trip in Eastern Turkey and 4 flights. Yes one of the zipper pulls came off right away but the zipper itself was fine, and the material durable. We’re still using it after the trip. I recommend
