Simple Solution Cat Stain and Odour Remover, Enzymatic Cleaner with Pro-Bacteria Cleaning Power - 1 Litre

New kittens took a while to get used to aiming properly at the cat trays. I found this at Pets at Home originally, but it was very expensive - much cheaper here on Amazon.The liquid contains strong enzymes which genuinely remove cat wee/poo stains and odours and prevent them from soiling in the same place repeatedly. To use, you remove the cat's 'gift' to you, and blot the worst of any liquid away. Then saturate the area, following the clear instructions on the bottle. Leave for 20 mins, then blot again. The stain should be gone (even from cream carpet), and the tell-tale odour that animals can smell and which tells them that this place is their toilet, will be gone. The first couple of times, I noticed the bottle allows you to pour a lot of liquid on very quickly, so to avoid waste, I poured some into a clean, empty spray bottle (which I marked with the product name to avoid any nasty accidents or confusion). Using the spray is much more economical and precise so a large bottle lasts a lot longer.I also use this as a final treatment on the cat litter trays when I give them their weekly full clean out. It helps to avoid any long-term build up of odour that only the animal can smell, and that no amount of anti-bacterial or bleach spray can remove.A very effective product which is a blessing in a multi-animal household.The liquid smells quite pleasant, and hasn't had any noticeable detrimental effect on our 80% wool carpets. I've been recommending this to every pet owner I've met.

This stuff stopped a cat with a history of peeing and pooping all over the house for 14 years from ever peeing/pooping in the house again. This cat would not use a litter tray. We installed a cat flap and religiously made her go out twice a day every day to create the habit.We used this cleaner to clean all the areas she usually messed in. I put it neat into a Vileda spray mop and sprayed it on vinyl, carpet, upholstery, laminate, and wood. It sprayed it up the side of the sofa where a tom cat had marked. It got rid of the smell and whatever was attracting her to pee. She never peed or pooped in the house again after using this.I will never use any other product. This stuff works miracles.

I have used this product for some time now. Having 5 cats and once having a litter-box in the hall, one of the cats (the youngest) took a liking to weeing on top of the litter-box, this resulting in cat wee-wee running down the litter-box and on to the floor. Luckily we have hard-wood flooring, but carpeted stairs - where some urine smell is very apparent. I think also, my eldest 12 year old cat tends to spray at times, as there is always a faint lingering smell of cat-pee around the stairs - not pleasant, and not nice when having visitors! Anyway I use this often (the trigger-bottle size) and recently bought this bigger size. I put it in a spray bottle and did the whole of the stairs and the skirting. It seems to have done the job by using it on a wider area, ensuring all traces have been eliminated. It is pretty expensive, for a staircase with 12 stairs, so it didn't quite cover them all, but I think I got the main areas covered. This seems to be one of the best products for urine odour; and easier than faffing about trying to make these home-made potions with bicarb of soda, vinegar and another couple of products I can never seem to find.Delivery was next day with Prime - all good, but will have to order another bottle in for future use.

Immediately takes away the bad cat pee smell.I've used 2 bottles , saturated every mark I could see under the uv light. Just ordered another for in case they do it again .I have an uv light which shows the cat pee stains in the dark, they are still there.For me, the smell is unbearable , so glad it takes that away.Just need a repellant now to stop them doing it again.

my cat decided he likes to wee on my back door mat quite frequently so I decided to try this- I followed in structions but to be honest decided to use the whole bottle to really clean the mat- unfortunately there is still a smell of cat urine so for me this product has not worked!

I have two kittens at the moment. The more satanic one loves to test my patience by pooing next to her litter tray (we've deployed 5 trays without success, and she has diarrhoea which is just wonderful). This cleaner has saved my carpet, rug, marriage and sanity. It completely gets rid of the smell and stain and although it hasn't prevented further shincidents, I think that's more of a reflection of the kitten rather than the product.

It worked so well… my 21 year old cat has also got dementia and after a weekend away she had used my new sofa as a toilet…my sofa stank to high heaven and nothing would take the odour away.. bought this I can honestly say it worked amazingly. Highly recommend !!!🙂

Has a really nice scent and gets rid of stains, some might need more than 1 application. But did not deter my cats from going in the same spot.
