If you are supposed to take Co q 10 and red yeast rice then this is the perfect product because it combines both and the capsules are very easy to swallow.

Easy to take. No weird aftertaste. After 60 days my overall cholesterol lowered by 80 points with no change to my eating habits.

Very good packaging and fast delivery. Quality of product is also good. My issue is I am celiac and this is made in a facility that also processes wheat and it is causing issues due to that. I would love to exchange it for something which is gluten free but my return window has closed. I will recommend this to anyone not celiac.
