Quiet, heats hot chocolate perfectly
I’ve use this a few times and it works well. It’s very quiet! Doesn’t take long to heat and heats to the perfect temperature. I’ve only used the hot chocolate setting as this is what I wanted it for. Personally makes the perfect amount for me and while there’s no spout I still think it’s great. Also easy to clean

Compact, cute and good milk frother.
The media could not be loaded. Nicely packaged. Good user guide. Really compact cute design. Bought as a hot milk frother to make flat whites. Two functions hot thick froth and hot thin froth. Two others for hot chocolate and cold froth won't be using those. The price is great and is a UK firm. It beeps when ready like most appliances do these days. Took one star off as it is not cordless so needs to be unplugged to clean (many sit on a base and can be just lifted off and cleaned). The milk was hot but the froth stuck to the sides. Need to try some different milks. I was using coconut milk so that might be why. But apart of that seems perfect for my coffee fixes!!

4.5 stars.Seems like good build quality.I've used the well-known velvety hot chocolate maker, and the results are just as good and its less than half the price.It is smaller than I expected. Does ~330ml max, which is a large single drink or 2 small drinks. It is compact enough that it doesn't take up much space and is actually fairly easy to stick in a bag and transport (e.g. to the office or a friends house).It doesn't have a spout so pouring it without spilling some is fairly tricky.

Bought this as my friend made me an hotel chocolat velvetiser hot chocolate. Couldn't afford one of those bit after trying this one why would I. Awesome.

As good as new after 1.5 years
This is a great item. We have had it since Xmas 2022 and still use it very regularly and its never give us any problems at all. Its really well made and makes lovely drinks.
