This product is of the finest quality wild spice. Being diabetic 2, this product is a vital part of my staying healthy. I don't use insulin. This product helps build up my pancreas, circulatory system and helps build up my heart. It's the crude red sour grape I'm after. I use many NAHS products. They are all top of the line products. Some of the products are a little pricy, but then I'm worth the best.
