LEGO Gear Bots (Klutz): Create 8 Machines

I’ve never seen anything like this before and it looks really good and I think my son would really enjoy it for Christmas or maybe his birthday I don’t know it was on a good deal so excited to get this because his birthday is close to Christmas so I thought it would be fantastic for either occasionIt looks really good and for the price you’ve got it’s really happy it’s something that he’s not done before in this type of Lego so I was definitely impress

This was bought as a birthday present & requested so assuming it’s good & the recipient knew what to do!

My 5 year old grandson explains his views… the instructions were good but not as good as Jurassic World. The actual Lego was easy to build but the cardboard was so hard and fiddly especially the flaps and we had to use sellotape. The Lego wasn’t as ‘sticky’ as other Lego so fell apart easily.We liked the way the cams in the machines worked especially the monsters.Yes the kit is aimed at 8+ but he’s pretty good at following the build instructions. You would need an adult for the cardboard assembly. The most frustrating was that the Lego came apart quite easily.

Haven't opened but looks like great fun and educational

Bought this for 9yr old grandson. He loves Lego and crafting so seemed an ideal gift. I didn’t notice the sticky label on the box with the price until too late, he opened up the birthday present and got stuck in, loved it but I was shocked at how little is included in box, and then saw the price label on the back of the box - £14.99. I paid £27.95!!! Almost double what it had been retailing at. He soon built the gear botz, though had to rebuild each one with the same bits. Not long lasting because of this.It seems it is old, discontinued stock, so no longer available elsewhere, but to have paid double the price makes me feel sick! I couldn’t take it back off grandson so can’t request a refund.I must research products more thoroughly next time!
