Medium size blocks.
These blocks are not quite as large as I had anticipated, but my team and I at work engaged in a game-based team-building exercise recently. Not as big as advertised
I bought the 5 foot one, and it's not even 3 feet tall. 32 inches. Based on the other reviews, it seems the one advertised as 3 feet is even smaller. There's nothing on the package that even tells me that its supposed to be 5 feet, so I think they just do false labeling on Amazon.
