Easy to assembly, comfortable, quality is good

I received beAAtho Amage Ergonomic Highback revolving chair of wrong colour, dispatched mistakenly by the company which generally happens in the rush, during 'Amazon Great Indian Festival'. As the same is reported to Amazon, Mr. Punit Bhatia Sir, Customer Service Head of beAAtho responded immediately and took the responsibility to replace the right colour chair and replaced it within a week. I appreciate the swift & prompt action shown by Mr. Punit Bhatia Sir. I am very much pleased with his soft speaking and outstanding job is done by him, retaining the trust of customers towards the company. I am using the chair and it's built quality, design, comfort, bearing capacity & looks are very excellent. Thank you Mr. Punit Sir and beAAtho.

The chair is delivered in parts so you can either fix it yourself or mark the option of someone coming and fixing it for you. The product was delivered without damages and it is super comfortable. Very sturdy and perfect for those folks working on their pc for long hours. I think it's about 2 months since I have purchased the product I have no complaints so far! Worth the buy.

The media could not be loaded. Pros:It's very flexible and easy to move around.The wheels and the base are good quality.The hydraulic also works very well.The arm rest does the job. But, feels plasticky and not very smooth in adjusting the height.Customer support is good.What I don't like:I'm very disappointed with the cushion. There are not up to the mark and does not provide much comfort.The lower back support causes more discomfort than any help even after adjusting. Same with the neck support.The neck support doesn't fit well.

I ordered the chair and found that few parts were missing. So, I contacted customer care support and expressed the issue, the customer care representative asked for some proofs and the same was shared by me. She was supportive and kind and they managed to delivered the missing parts to my address.Talking about product it's a good product at this affordable price. 🔥👍🏻

Pros:1. The chair is good and comfortable.2. Wheels are good.3. Backrest and neck rest is good.Cons:1. The seat should be a little more large in length. Width is fine.2. The headrest should have been with better material.3. The backrest is very softly moving. It will bend very easily. It should be more firm.4. The armrest is not strong, it should be stronger.Conclusion:It solves the purpose, but there are rooms for improvement in product quality in this price.Note: the allen key was missing in my package.

beAAtho® Amaze Ergonomically (neo) model This chair looks quite good and considering its price, this chair is really good. I would definitely recommend it for office work, it is good looking and comfortable too.
