These are better sealed than many other brands I've tried. Not overwhelming, but a medium dark roast.

I have now ordered this coffee three times (Decaf). I think it is quite good, especially for the low price. The capsules work fine in my Citiz machine. I have had no problems with open capsules, etc., which some reviewers have mentioned.

Nespresso capsules are expensive. We feel this is a great alternative to the name brand capsules- Comes out to about 1/3 the price with the ease of using our Nespresso machine.

Being from Italy my parents are very serious about their espresso. For the 30 years we've been in America they only ever drink Bustello brewed in a traditional esperesso machine. They complain about espressos everywhere we go. I made them a single shot with the Ristretto and they said it was very good, now even chose to have me brew them one of these instead of a pot. The price is also fantastic.

Bought these based on the other reviews. I can’t seem to get more than 1oz of of nice espresso out of a pod before it runs clear. Think I like my stove top espresso maker better. It does produce a nice froth and taste is great but I have to use 3-4 pods to make a decent cup

This product if good for the price, I use Nespresso'a own for my first cup in the morning, then use this the rest of the day to save money

Amazon Solimo Ristretto was more flavorful. This one tastes watery and burnt from our Nespresso.

My husband isn’t a huge fan of these but he’s not writing this review. I love that they are aluminum. Most non nespresso brand pods are plastic. He’s not wild about the taste but that doesn’t stop him from drinking all of them. I may have an unrefined palate, but I also love a value and I drink mine with frothed milk and flavored syrups anyway.

I don't notice the difference from the original nespresso cups. I leave a star out for all you snobs out there. You know who you are. This is affordable coffee. If you think that because something is cheaper than it's not as good than you should straight out buy the original for 2.50 a cup. Otherwise it tastes just as good. The price makes it taste even better too.

I was hesistant to order 100 pods of a coffee I hadn’t tried but happily surprised that I like it. At the cost offered it was worth the risk. I like my coffee medium to light strength. The lungo hits it closer to medium for me. I also use the stainless steel refillable cups, and at this price point it is worth it to not having to individually pack and seal pods. The shape and size are compatible with my machine (Innisia). The volume of water through the pod is ample. The flavor is full, not watery. There is a word that describes finding a product that is as good as an expensive brand name but much cheaper - that’s value.

Real robust Italian coffee flavour with a rich crema. Previously not a fan of the Nespresso machines (I’m using one on a boat) I find that with these Ristretto pods, pumping three short and one long shots give me a cup of coffee with nice crema on top similar to what I would make with my proper home espresso maker. Only because of previous reviews, and even though you can easily defeat the top seal via the bottom on the box supplied, I counted 100 capsules in my order. Looking forward to many more orders with this supplier! *update* I am extremely satisfied with these, and at this price point I find myself buying these regularly and often!*UPDATE 2* Disappointed after a few years of enjoying these for all the right reasons, started receiving pods that don’t seal properly in the machines (I now have 3.) Just now going through another defective shipment, seems to be a new thicker foil on top which the machines can’t puncture every time, resulting in watery espresso, or sometimes just water. Confirmed it is the pods by trying a box of Nespresso brand mall pods which work in all three of my machines. Love the taste of Delicitaly more than Nestle, so disappointed this is happening. Oct 2022: Attached updated photo showing how new impenetrable foil fabric prevents water flow through pod, resulting in very watery coffee, or sometimes just water.

Awesome value. Have gone through 100s of these pods now without issue. About 1/3 the cost of Nespresso.I've tried several of their flavours and they are all pretty great. The only reason to consider Nespresso would be their pod recycling program but I didn't use that (it's hard for me to fathom it being green when I'm mailing bags of pods around the world).Info was a bit hard to find about these but the seller sent me this:Ristretto - Made of Robusta beans, dark roast, strong and dark blend, might taste a lili bitter to some. On our intensity scale 10/10- Passione - A mix of Robusta and Arabica beans, espresso roast, so still a good strength but not as dark as Ristretto. 9/10- Crema - A mix of Arabica and Robusta beans, espresso roast, classic medium Italian espresso. This is our best selling blend in Italy. 8/10- Magia - 100% Arabica from South America, espresso roast. Mellow and smooth taste. 8/10- Lungo - 100% mix of Arabica beans. Medium blend designed for drinks up to 110ml. 7/10- Sinfonia - 100% mix of Arabica beans and a blonde roast. On the light side and very pleasant taste. 7/10

I was nervous at first when ordering compatible pods as there were mixed reviews. I bought the lungo pods because I like to sip on a drink for a while, and these were great! Just a TAD less strong then theNespresso pods (obviously those are going to taste best, they're crazy expensive) but these still taste really good and if you never tasted the Nespresso pods you would think they're perfect. Definitely try this brand, I'm ordering the Ristretto pods next and will update this review after I try them :)Sometimes they don't fit as perfectly into the machine and it makes a weird noise when closing the pod tray, but it seems to be still working perfectly. Highly recommend!Update:Been using these still for over a year, machine works fine, and I now use the ristretto pods.. I think they’re a bit stronger than the lungo, so I’ll often make a double. These are super awesome, especially if you make a lot of lattes or cappuccinos because you don’t need the highest quality espresso if you’re mixing it with tons of milk.. give these a try :)
