Q: I have trying to charge my duck for hours and the red light stays on and the duck doesn't do anything. This is my cats favorite toy! Is it broke?

It may be. I’ve charged multiple times. It does take a while to charge but no more than a few hours. Each charge lasts quite a while for us.

Q: Does this use catnip oil or real catnip? Do I have the option to make it catnip-free?

I have used it without catnip & he loves playing with it !! It’s his favorite toy ! He loves sitting on it a few minutes , then batting it around so it starts flopping all over again !! I have put catnip in a small bag & sealed it in with the Velcro to the underside of the duck ! He loves it either way !

Q: The flapping duck does just come with one catnip pouch wrapped in plastic in the box with the duck and charger, correct?

Yep the cord does nit have the plug on it tho- as long as u have some USB charger box - you'll be prepared. 😉 charging doesn't take too long - The duck is my cats favorite !
