Great backpack and customer service
The back pack is really cute and well made. That's why I was surprised that the holder ripped after a few times use. However, customer service was amazing and very responsive and sent me a replacement right away. I think the issue was with this particular backpack and not the product itself judging by the quality of the pack as a whole. My daughter is thrilled to be wearing this in kindergarten.

My son loves it and we take his back pack everywhere. big enough for his lunch box, toys and buttle of water.easy to clean i put it in washing machine and dryer .the size is very good for my 3 years old .

Cute and Sturdy
My daughter is in Kindergarten and this bookbag is perfect. It has held up way better then her last one. I will say the side pockets are a little hard for her to get her water bottle in it but I think it’s bc it’s not mesh. Mesh rips so I am glad it’s not and I just have to work with her on getting the bottle in it. Over all it’s perfect and looks just as described.
