I list 7 pounds unintentionally because I didn’t even know it would curb my appetite and I didn’t change any food i was eating. These Vitamatic Irish Sea Moss capsules were available to me through the Amazon Vine program. I ordered them for my adult daughter who heard positive things about sea moss and wanted to try them out. Although not proven, it is thought that sea moss may support gut and immune health, help body recover from workouts, help clear up skin (important to her), and more. Like with many supplements, however, more research is needed. Two capsules are a serving, so this bottle contains 60 servings. These capsules are made in the USA and the bottle we received has an expiration date of almost 3 years out.
