Great product for a great price!
I'm 5'1 and weighed 125 lbs. with some back issues before getting pregnant. I got this band at about 34 weeks because my back was starting to hurt more and for a longer period of time. This band is amazing! I measured 36.5" around the waist but still went a size up to a medium in case I grew some more in my final few weeks. I could have gotten a small but with all the Velcro bands, a medium works just fine. I don't wear it while driving because it's not super comfortable with the seatbelt and not being able to move around in the seat a lot. In the office, I'm okay with wearing it while sitting down since I'm able to change positions more comfortably, and it especially helps when I'm walking around and/or on my feet. I can feel the band supporting my belly and holding it up so that it takes a lot of the weight off my back. I do notice a difference when I wear this band for most of the day versus wearing it here and there. I would definitely recommend this support band to others (and I have!) and also wearing it for several hours during the day. My back isn't so stiff and sore when I lay down at night after wearing it almost all day long. It also hides pretty well under clothes. Since I'm due in January, I haven't had to wear it in the hot summer months, so I don't know how it feels then, but it doesn't make me feel all itchy or anything now. This belt works perfectly for me!

Pay attention to the sizing chart & it will be just fine!
I can't believe I never heard about maternity belts as a way to manage back pain and fatigue until half-way through my 2nd pregnancy! I've had sacroiliac joint pain (back of the pelvis, on both sides) during my first & second pregnancies; as I further along in my 2nd pregnancy, it started to worsen. Enter maternity support belt! I'm 5'2" and was 108 pre-pregnancy. I ordered this belt when I was about 23 weeks pregnant in a size medium & a size large b/c when I looked at the sizing chart (don't buy based on your pre-pregnancy weight like you might with maternity clothes!), I was a few inches towards the end of the size Medium range, and I wasn't sure if it would have room to "grow" if I continued to get bigger. When I received both, I saw that the Medium was just fine, small enough to cinch as tightly as I needed to (you have both the front velcro closure, and then the 2 side tightening straps to adjust to a perfect fit) and plenty of room to grow. I'm 36 weeks pregnant now, and it's still working out wonderfully. I can zip up & down the stairs, be on my feet all day at work, and I wear this from the time I get dressed in the morning til the time I take it off right before getting into bed. It makes such a difference in supporting my bump, taking the strain off my back, and reducing fatigue. It's not hot or uncomfortable. I just have to make sure my shirts are long enough to cover the bottom edge. I'd give it 5 stars were it not for the fact that after the 1st month, the sides of the velcro straps have started to curl a little bit and won't lie so smoothly over the belt, so if I'm wearing a dress or a shirt that hugs my bump, it's subtly visible. And if you strap it too tightly, you can hear the velcro when you bend over. (Lets me know I need to loosen it! I just like it really tight around my hips, I guess.)

Great purchase for pregnant runner
I am only 14 weeks and still in my size 8 pre pregnancy jeans but being my fourth baby- my stomach feels bloated and giggly during runs. I wanted to try it out when it arrived. it was so comfortable and made such a difference that won't be running without it from here on out. My back felt great! It also helped my posture. For first time in two weeks I had no ligament pain in the evening. I wore it over my clothes. I measured about 39" but I ordered one size up after reading reviews, XL. It fits a little big but all of the Velcro strapping is easy to adjust and tighten. Im pretty sure I will be able to wear for duration of pregnancy. After ordering i Saw a pregnant runner on a blog with a black one and wish I'd gone that route since I wear it over my runnIng gear.UPDATE- 3 weeks from delivery and still running with the band. Has been a lifesaver this pregnancy. Glad I got the XL. Have gained about 15lbs, it still fits well and with two different ways to adjust, it makes choosing a size not so stressful. Highly recommend for the pregnant runner.

Undecided
I'm 7 months pregnant, 5'2 and about 142 lbs (12 of which was gained during pregnancy and mostly in my belly so far). I know I feel relief when I just support my belly with my hands but I cannot make this belt work for me the same way. I definitely cannot use it while sitting, it cuts into my legs and is way too bulky. I use it mostly when I take the dog for walks or go shopping and I cannot find a comfy position for it. I tried adjusting it higher/lower I either get a large gap between it and and the small of my back or if I correct for the gap, after a few mins I start feeling that it's too tight and I have to loosen it to not cut off my circulation - but then I'm back the the back gap... I've tried to angle it more down in the front and more up in the back but then I actually get more aches in my hips and it starts cutting into my legs in the front as I step... I'll keep trying to use it, maybe as my belly gets even bigger it'll work better, but for now I've yet to manage to wear it for more then 30 mins comfortably. Funny as it is, my husband who's got a bit of a belly on him (about 5'9, 200lbs) tried it on himself and said it was very comfortable and did take that belly weight off. So, it may just be that my build/torso is too small for this... :-(

Not comforrable
The only good thing I will say about this product is that when standing it take a LITTLE bit of pressure off the belly but you have to get it in the exact right position for that to even happenIf you are going from standing to sitting such as I do at work which is what I wanted this for, that impossible as you cannot wear it sitting down so you have to continuously take it on and off which make NO sense! The color is correct I got the white and the Velcro is quite strong so no concern there. I would not purchase this product again or even recommend it to a friend
