As many others stated, arrived with the chain tangled but I did manage to untangle it. Gave it to my daughter today for her birthday (purchased it in January so I can no longer return it). The minute my daughter put it on, the chain broke! When I looked closer at it, the chain had a link in the middle of one side of the necklace and that’s where it broke. It looks like the maker ran out of chain so just added a link and 2 more inches of chain. I know this wasn’t a $100 necklace, but I expected it to at least be properly made and last for longer than a minute!! Terrible quality! Very disappointed!!

The product is beautiful (gift for daughter) for her birthday, but when I opened the package to see it the necklace was tossed in the box and it took a while to untangle the chain and necklace because it was in a ball in the box. Once I did, and put it how it should be in the velvet and corner inserts on the velvet , it didn't move and looks great to give as a gift. I just wish it was presentable when opened. Lucky for me my daughter was not home when I got it and could untangle it. (fine chain so you have to gentle, but the necklace is beautiful.

I order two of these mother daughter necklaces . I received one in perfect order. The second one came tied in knots and there was not a card with it with the mother daughter quote. I was very disappointed when my daughter open that one. After about an hour we did manage to get the knots out but still no card.

Received what I believe to be someone else’s return. I ordered it for my daughters birthday and received it on her birthday or I would have returned it. It was a tangled mess and took every bit of 25 mins to untangle and make presentable. It’s a cute piece, very delicate and my daughter’s happy with it.

I ordered two necklaces for, one for each of my daughters. Both necklaces were received tarnished and in a pile of knots in the box. I managed to untangle them and use a polishing cloth to wipe off all the brown tarnish to get to the rose gold. These were meant as a gift so I did my best to make them presentable but I would not buy from them again
