Nice mild flavor, not super sweet like other similar products. This product defiantly works and is great for every day or when you need some extra hydration. For example when working out/playing sports or when drinking to help hangovers. Takes a couple minutes for the tablet to dissolve, but that's not really an issue if you know that before. Defiantly would recommend this product!

Love the blue berry pomegranate flavor. Much better then pink lemon aid or lime. I use them in my water pack and water bottle when I travel. Definitely recommend to any hiker or traveler.
