True-CoQ10 Ubiquinol Form Highly Absorbable CoQ10 50mg Kaneka HQ Supplement

Traditional CoQ10 supplements are made using the oxidized form of CoQ10 known as ubiquinone. Once absorbed, ubiquinone needs to be converted by the body to ubiquinol, the active form of CoQ10. About 90% of the CoQ10 used by the body is the ubiquinol form.
