Great customer service, good quality
This bed is made of good quality wood and shipped fast. My husband spent a few hours putting it together and my almost 2 year old loves it. Much better quality than similarly priced particle board furnishings from big box stores. The bed was accidentally shipped without the 6” legs, but we still love the floor bed and the shop owner quickly gave a refund for the issue. There were comments about it not including the tool required to assemble it, but the shop owner took reviews into account and ours came with it.

High quality wood, easy to follow instructions, and a very happy child. We love it!
I paid more for this than I could've due to it being a made in USA product and I am glad I did because it shows. The wood is solid and sturdy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. You will need two people and a power drill to put it together. It took us about two hours to complete. The pieces are not lettered but taking a few minutes to sort them all out and arrange by size made it easy to identify which piece was needed. My daughter lit up when she saw her new bed, jumped right in and said "ahnight!" And "thank you!" 5 or 10 times. She still loves her bed and we are very happy with it. We will see how it survives disassembly and reassembly when we move in a few months. The size full top sheet that came with the jersey cotton bedding set we purchased (separately) fits perfectly over the top of the frame to create a soft fabric roof that matches the bedspread.

So cute! My three year old looooves it!
This was easy for my husband to assemble. He asked his dad to step in to hold some boards steady while he drilled. It was really quick shipping. My three-year-old is absolutely in love with it and this is her first big girl bed. She hasn’t gotten out of bed either… so far… seven perfect nights of sleep. Everyone warned me that getting a big girl bed meant my toddler would be out of bed every 10 seconds but that’s not the case here because she loves her “house”. So this bed was worth every penny! The wood seems sturdy and good quality and the frame and slats seem sturdy so far. So far we just have a random full mattress that we had in our basement in there- it fits perfectly- but we plan on getting her one of those thick memory foam mattresses at some point. I really hope this lasts until she’s older or even until she goes to college. I was worried about the size because her room is on the small side but she still has plenty of room for a rug, her reading corner, a toy section and a tall dresser. I would say the only thing I was a little worried about is splinters. I’ve warned her not to rub her hands but I think I might go over it with some sandpaper. So, overall, awesome! I would definitely purchase again. This is much less expensive than the ones I looked at at Walmart and Wayfare and some other furniture places. On Amazon I think it’s middle of the line for pricing but better quality than most for sure. Plus easy to assemble, will hopefully last a long time, seems great quality, fast shipping, and one very very happy toddler. Definitely recommend!

It’s cute, but I wouldn’t buy again
Overall, the bed is cute and sturdy. But if my daughter hadn’t been so excited for her big girl bed, I would have returned it.First of all, it’s packaged with packing peanuts and the wood is not protected at all. The pieces are all stacked on top of each other and the staples that was used to close the box created defects in the wood. See pictures. The packing peanuts were so annoying to clean up and get off the wood pieces. And they’re basically useless anyway. I contacted the seller and was told that they didn’t have any other packaging options. They did say they’d replace any damaged pieces, but what’s the point if they’re going to package it the same way? Which is why I would have just returned it if my daughter hadn’t picked it out and was so excited. We buffed the damaged pieces and it wasn’t so noticeable anymore. But still, the packaging left sooo much to be desired.Putting this bed together was also a big pain. You need a 6 inch #2 square bit for a drill. Which isnt carried at the big hardware stores (Harbor Freight had a set). It should have been included in the price of the bed. So that was a big hassle. The wood is very soft. My husband said he’d highly recommend using a screwdriver for installing the metal brackets since they could strip easily due too finer thread pitch. Also make sure to measure and level because there are no pilot holes. If pilot holes were drilled into the frames, the time to put this bed together would be cut in half. Also, we got the bed with legs. There weren’t any “directions” to assemble the bed with legs. Not that the directions were very useful in general since it was a pdf sent via messages and it’s just pictures. No written descriptions. They did have videos that you could watch. But those weren’t super helpful. The bed turned out cute. But it would have been way less frustrating and much less money to just go and get the wood ourselves. The seller was quick with communication, but absolutely no help. I wouldn’t really recommend purchasing this.

impossible
I ordered the version with legs, and received the version without legs which bothered me a little bit since I paid extra, but whatever. It was not worth the hassle of returning it. but assembling this thing is kind of impossible. it requires a drill bit that im not sure exists, and definitely was not at my local (very large and well stocked) hardware store. i tried to assemble it with an extender, but as the instructions warn, it leads to stripped bolts and a rickety structure, so i quickly abandoned that idea after trying it out with 2 of the planks. so now im stuck with a pile of wooden planks with no way to assemble them and no bed frame, It’s a shame because I was so excited to have a cute house bed. I definitely recommend springing for the expert assembly unless you somehow have that elusive drill bit and a friend to help so you don’t end up like me. I have no idea how to return this because I don’t have the box anymore and I don’t know if I can get expert assembly at this point, so I don’t know what to do.
