I just took 6 pills and two hours later I checked my PH and it was perfect! I only suggest starting with half dosage because it can make you drowsy and brain fog from Iron and Zinc. This is a comprehensive formula to cover most nutritional needs. It would cost many times more to purchase each component of this formula individually.I've used it for years and at 77 take no Rx drugs and look much younger than my years. Good nutrition is part of the reason for my good health.

Very Good product as it has all the vitamins you need and it helps with my arthritis. However, you have to take up to 6 large pills a day (as recommened on label) to get the full required dosage of each vitamin that the body needs. Hence you go thru more bottles per month = more money.

I’m sure the content is good, but it was too much of a chore to take that many pills.
