I'm excited to attempt all of these dishes. Bought with a bread maker as a present... I can't wait... After having this book for a few days and creating five different breads, or at least attempting five... Still like it, although there are a few recipes that appear to be similar, there are so many of them and you will lean how to prepare bread wiith new ingredients, ... I picture me eating a lot of bread, hpefully, I'll keep in shape.

The book does have a lot of recipes, but I was very disappointed in the print. It very light, as if these pages were photocopied several times and the printer ink was running low.. it did not seem like it was actually really published by someone. The other drawback is the lack of photos….doesn’t really make you want to get up and attempt a recipe. I get it there are numerous recipes, but a few pictures to show you a finished product would be nice. It was like reading a text book instead of a recipe book. I haven’t tried any yet as it hasn’t given me any motivation. It gets 2 stars just for the amount of recipes.

I’m kind of sorry I wasted my money on this. Three in a row were terrible and I’m not trying anymore. It’s going to Goodwill

this book has a nice variety of bread machines recipes, easy reading, nice explanations of weights, terms...

Have tried most of the recipes and ended up throwing the bread out. Very disappointed.

I am very impressed I could make a new loaf everyday for a year
