Great for people with Vitamin B12 Deficiency
These mini lozenges taste pleasant and dissolve pretty quickly under the tongue.I had weight loss surgery 16 years ago, and recently learned that one of the side effects of this surgery was that it caused me to be unable to digest Vitamin B12 through eating. (There's lots of info about this online.) I learned I had a problem with being deficient through blood tests after I started having tingling and numbness in my hands and feet (I am not diabetic); to make a long story short, it was recommended I try taking sublingual Vitamin B12 to see if this would resolve the problem. And yes, the tingling and numbness are gone. It did not go away overnight; it took a few months to completely resolve. (I would have had to have the B12 injections if this didn't work.) I did not have any other treatment. I did try other brands of B12 lozenges, but these are the ones that made my tingling and numbness go away. I'm guessing it is because of the 3 different forms of vitamin B12 in this product.If you have had weight loss surgery, be sure to get follow up tests to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need.

My nutritionist has me take this every morning for B12 help. Not sure it helps, would have to have blood work done to find out. My nutritionist recommended I take it. I trust her knowledge, so I take it.

This really works for me: my blood work came in at a normal levels of B12 after taking this for one month. And I was severely depleted, having had to take B12 shots before. My body can’t absorb B12 in a regular form, it has to be methylised (I think that’s how they say it:)), so this really works for me.

These vitamins are a must have!
I have a lot of trouble with my Vitamin B levels and my doctor started me on these about 4 years ago. Since taking them I have been able to hold on to my B levels and I feel great! The price is a little high, but I don't mind paying for the convenience. If I am at my doctors office though I will buy through them because I save about $5.00. No big deal though.
