I absolutely adore this tree. It's nice and dull very easy to put together. Definitely need to take your time to fluff it properly it pays off in the end.

I bought this tree used/ Slightly new. Nothing was ever mentioned that the lights where completely replaced in an unsafe manner. They had 5 strands of cheap lights connected together and they were not evenly distributed throughout the tree. Very disappointing. The company was very prompt to respond. They refunded me $140 of my $500 purchase to keep the tree. It took more than 4 hours to remove the lights and the green sticky electrical tape used to hold the plugs together. I would highly recommend never buying a used/slightly new tree EVER. Much is never disclosed with lights being totally replaced being a great example.

I should have bought two of then, one for the main hall and the second, for the family room. Best tree I ever had! You wonder about the quality and feel of the tree. Then there's the lights and how much effort needed to assemble this tree. 5 Stars a crossed all categories.Regards

The tree was perfect and does look very real! I would recommend this tree to anyone that is looking.The box on the other hand, was a different experience. It looks like they played soccer with it and tried to mend it with tape. It was pathetic!

Overall we love this tree. The lights are well dispersed throughout the tree adding sort of a 3-D effect. I’m giving the tree a 4-star rating only because the very top of the tree is not very sturdy to hold a tree topper and the usual fake needles are too close to the outside (we can see them and they should only be for interior filler). Again, overall very pleased!
