I walk a lot and my sneakers wear out quickly. I ordered these to help correct my supination. I was so pleasantly surprised how comfy these are and how much spring they put into my step. :They are like pillows for you heels. I feel they have helped correct my supination. It is great that you can adjust the pads to the height you need. Highly recommend. A suggestion to the vendor: Perhaps offer/sell the top pad with the logo separately for a slighter correction as an option. If one did not use the 3 layers of pads, having the extra top layer would allow the customer to have an extra set of heel pads. Great product!

They immediately help your feet weather you have supination (walking on the outside of your feet) and over pronation (walking on the inside of your feet). It might take a couple of days to get used to them but after walking on them for a full day I can already feel a difference. I would recommend this to anyone who has these feet issues. When I get home from work I take them off and try to walk on the sole of my feet as if I was still wearing the heel cushions. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from these feet issues, they are a game changer!

Honestly I do like these shoe inserts, and it has made wearing my shoes more comfortable, but I really wish the insert went further down the shoe instead of just at the heel. It may very well just be my shoes or how I walk, but I sort of feel like my foot is sort of compensating (in a bad way) for what little relief the inserts give me if that makes sense. These inserts will hold me over until I can see a pediatrist and get proper insoles though

The versatility of this product is adequately described on its pet webpage and it can handle knees whether you're going in or out. And you've set the thickness, uh, to whatever meet your needs for me, i'm bone on bone going bow legged with bone spurs, that's why I ordered 'em

I have tried a few heel inserts for supination. The gel type were too squishy, did not stay in place nor provide support. The firm inserts were too hard and while diminishing the suppination a bit, were too uncomfortable. I had hoped this product would be the best of both...unfortunately it was not.Pro: different insert sizes are helpful to customize the insert height. Inserts stuck atop each other stayed together. They did not become unstuck and slide off of each other. Inserts are very comfortable.Con: the bottom layer of the insert is sticky and meant to stay in place in the shoe heel. In my case, they did not. After only a couple hours of wear, the insert slid off the heel placement and migrated toward my arch. (This happened even in a closed-heel shoe. This, along with the sticky placement of the insert, should have thwarted movement of the insert.)
