Very bad product
No proper cooking both side.If you keep it switch on for 10 minutes, fuse of entire house go off.Sub standard parts are used. No proper fitting of tray.We want to return this product

WONDERFUL PRODUCT
I bought 16 inches one...It's a wonderful product both in terms of performance & looks...one can go for it without a single thought...we tried pizza and within 5 minutes we had delicious pizza in our plate...will try more dishes and update the performance of product

The product is good and works as expected. There are two coils at top and bottom. Temperate controller only can on/off these two coils. The size is 16inch which is okay(not that big). I don't think the smaller versions are good interm of size.

Good tandoor
Using it for 7 days now.working fine.no complaint. Only feedback it should have big barbecue grill and more skews.

Very good product at this price point
Good product, using it for some months now, and along with the accessories at this price point is just value for everything.We used to have a timer variant one earlier but preferred to have this simple one... One flip side is that a 16amp plug point could have been provided... During long use the 5amp plug gets heated up a bit.Overall a nice buy... And yes can directly talk with the customer service as well
