Great LP Alarm Replacement
After 18 years the LP detector on my 2004 Outback TT went out - apparently 5 years is the replacement cycle and I’d swear I did this already.. Anyway, needed a replacement and local warehouses wanted double for this same model. Great value for the price; came with new wiretie connectors and mounted very easily over same spot the previous one was in. So far so good. Only drawback is the LED display is quite bright but puts off enough light at floor level that now nightlight is needed for midnight bathroom trips.

No wiring instructions
I bought this for my RV. The wires on this unit didn't match the colors of the existing wires from the previous detector. The directions were NO help. Since I'm no electrician I had to search Google & YouTube to find out how to connect the wires. It's working so I guess I did it right. But the thing beeps now and then with a code that seems to mean nothing. Sooo, idk if it's working or not. The display always shows 00. I think they should include some usable instructions or at least a web site for reference. This brand had nothing I could find on Google.

Replacement of propane alarm in RV
Unit is nice looking and sits horizontal so covered up hole. 2 wire connections to make, seperate housing, attach to surface & good to go. The housing needs to be pried apart to access the holes to mount. There are no clips so I just used a small screwdriver to put some pressure on housing at the side and it seperated. There is nothing in Directions on how to seperate. Sooo, hope it never goes off and display reads 0, so all is good.

Replaced original in a 2007 StarCraft 2108 pop up camper.
Purchased this to replace the original in a 2007 StarCraft #2108 pop up camper. They should be replaced every 10 years. This unit is smaller then the original, So I used a piece of paneling behind it to hid the original opening. So far tests out good.

Customer service was great
This was fairly simple to install I just attached it to the existing wires, where the old one had been, and that was it. However the 2nd day I started getting error code on it and contacted customer service. They immediately sent me a new one and that one has been great. The replacement unit has been in place for 2 months.

I had problems with the first one, They quickly sent me a second one which seems to be working fine at this time.
