After using for only one day, I’m most likely returning this dash cam for a refund for the following reasons.1: The app for this dash cam kills your phones battery like noting I’ve ever used. Took my phone from 92% to 27% in about three hours use of just the dash cam app. I basically had to keep my phone plugged in to use the dash cam.2: The app hogs memory in your phone. While the dash cam has its own built in memory, it also stores the trips you take on your phone, using either 20, 50, or 70% of your phone available memory. While this finest seem like a big deal you can only view video for trips that are stored on your phone. With it set at 50% memory I was able to store about 2 1/2 hours of trips. Anything beyond that is in the dash cams internal memory and only accessible through an online like which isn’t in the app and I only found out about through customer service. I also had issues with my phone slowing down due to the memory which had been dedicated to video storage.3: The auction cup mount is small, lightweight, and cheaply made. Although I only used this unit for one day I feel like it wouldn’t last long. While this isn’t near the problem as my first two points, I feel like it’s a significant shortcomings which could lead to a failure eventually.4: The instructions are almost nonexistent, with several pages on mounting and plugging in the unit but nothing on basic use and navigating the app.

Sometimes disconnect while driving and times takes long to connect with phone and phone battery goes very fast

I shopped literally for 2 years before I bought to test one. This Dash Cam has everything I was looking for and more.High quality video and audio day or night front and interior.Recording saved to Dash Cam and by the Cam's WIFI to my phone's app while driving.When connected to WIFI at home the app recordings are uploaded to free cloud storage.Records a nice wide angle.Customer service is responsible, respectful and professional. They answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and checked back several times afterwards to see if everything was OK.Suction cup mounts stays mounted to my windshield under my car's rear view mirror. I wet the suction cup slightly first and it has never fallen off.I tested this over and over and decided to keep this model and will buy one for my wife's car.I am recommending this to family and friends.

The biggest dislike of this was installation and setup. Once everything got set up (app download) I guess it works ok. I don't drive much anymore, so I haven't had a chance to try it out.
