Worked perfectly with a Cisco switch
So I just upgraded my internet to 2Gig up/down but my internal home network was stuck at 1G uplink to the router that also had a 2 10G ports. I have a cisco switch as my main switch aggregate to the router but didn't have anything to take that next step to getting higher speeds between the switch and router. I got my hands on a cisco 10g module for my switch and then bought this 10G copper sfp to get me there. This SFP didn't even cause the cisco switch to throw an error that it wasn't a supported transceiver. It worked perfectly and now you can see the beautiful throughput I'm getting now from my PC. Highly recommend if you're upgrading and you have SFP+ ports to work with.

Quality product.
Put this in our Unifi UDM Pro to connect to a 10G service. Works well with zero issues.

Great price and fast delivery.
It says it works with Unifi, but it doesn't push the through put as stated on the UNIFI UDM Pro. The Unifi UDM Pro shows it a 10gig link. Know for facts the fiber hand router is pushing 8gigs each way. Never have had issues with 10gtek products. I think it would work fine just not in the UNIFI port 10 for 8gig throughput.

Perfect for my Unifi Dream Machine Pro
10GTek is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands! I have a few network cards and SFP cables. This carries just as much quality as other big name brands. It comes packaged very nicely. Sturdy build and feels quality!. Plugged right into my UDMP and it auto negotiated to 10G.

Works at the 1.25gb speed only. Great price.
Works well, although like another reviewer mentioned it won't work/negotiate at a lower 100mb speed. Using it in a trendnet 2.5gb switch.

Failed after about 45 days of use
This worked great for about 45 days as the WAN adapter on my Ubiquiti UDM, then all of a sudden I started having all kinds of speed problems, latency, and dropped packets. It correctly negotiated the port speed on the ethernet side (5Gb) and never ran hot. I thought it was an ISP issue but when I removed this adapter and went straight into the 1Gb ethernet WAN all of my problems went away. This is absolute junk and now the return window is closed.
