The product really works for a good night sleep. I am in my 80's and I would get 3 1/2 to 4 hours of mostly restless sleep. Trying to get back to sleep was a waste of time. After taking the magnesium, I get 5 hours of sound sleep (other factors being equal) and getting back to sleep is much easier. This report is made after taking regularly only one capsule (sometimes two) a day.

These was a perfect Mineral until you guys Buffered it... Why? If I wanted magnesium oxide I would go get it from else where... Please go back to the original it worked with Anxiety within minutes but this new formula does not sit right with me.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! After seeing multiple videos on Tiktok about most everyone being deficient in Magnesium and the different types of Mag I decided to give this one a try. I was pregnant when I purchased so my husband started taking this way before me. He used to rely on Melatonin every night to get to sleep, he hasn't had to take any since starting this. This helps him fall asleep and most importantly helps relax his mind as he suffers from anxiety.I started taking this about 2 weeks ago and I started with the recommended dose of 4 capsules before bed. About 30 minutes after I took it I felt super tired and relaxed. I slept good that night (between my infant waking up to feed) but noticed every time I woke up that I felt a little groggy. I told my husband the next day how I felt the night before and he suggested I try 2 capsules instead of 4.I've been taking the reduced dose for the past 2 weeks and have had no groggy feeling and I've also noticed significantly less worrying. As a mom of 3 I constantly have racing thoughts and have noticed my anxiety has worsened since going through a NICU experience with my infant. This supplement has helped so much to quiet my mind. Definitely recommend that you give it a try!

I have used the Magnesium Glycinate for about a year, after switching from another brand. I really like these because I can easily open the capsules to use in smoothees and other soft foods. The contents always flows out easily instead of coming out in chunks. And I am used to the 3 capsules which are 400mg, in a bottle of 90. So I was very surprised today when reordering to note that the product seemingly has been changed. Now there are 120 capsules in the bottle and 400 mg are now 4 capsules. NOT HAPPY! And the ad is not completely correct. At 1 point it does say 90 capsules. Now one isn't sure what you would receive.Every one seemed happy with these. Seems like a bad move to change what didn't have to be changed! I don't know if I will continue to order these. Not helpful to call the company; the message line is all filled up. Hopefully others are calling to voice their opinion on the new change to the product.Was ready to order, now have stopped dead in my tracks! Don't know what to do. I'll bet a lot of people are still ordering thinking they will get the same as they have before. Maybe Nature's Craft thinks people will think they are getting a better deal with 400 capsules? Would have given 5 stars before, now 3 stars.
