Both products smell pretty good...better than other organics I've tried or chemical stuff. I did, however, pull one tick each off my toddler and myself both after a big tall grass/wooden area treasure hunt we did. The other family of children used Off Deep Woods and had none. Usually, though, with nothing applied we all have a ton so it did pretty much work. The squito ban worked well but wore off. I was bit twice in the first 5 minutes, then not again until it had wore off, closet to dark. I knew it'd wore off because I started getting bit, re-applied and they stopped. The toddler couldn't tell me when it wore off of her so was bit a few times before I figured it out...it took probably 1 1/2- 2 hours before we were getting bit again. It's just hard to keep track of time and think of it cause when you're not being bothered it's not an issue!

We took on international travel. The use was easy (the spray head needed to be rinsed with warm water once for better spraying.). The product worked well and when applied we had no mosquito nor tick bites! The scent was similar to citronella.

The product itself is really great! I live in CT so ticks are no joke. I hike daily and since using the tick spray I haven’t found a single tick on myself or my dog (she would get a few ticks every hike prior to the spray, I had a dog get seizures from the tick medication so not an option here). The scent is pleasant for both the tick and mosquito spray and they are both effective.Now the spray bottles. Right away our mosquito spray had a faulty sprayer. Product would only come out once every ten or so pumps which was really annoying. I just started switching the pump which wasn’t ideal but it worked. Then on the working pump the straw fell off and I had no way of retrieving it while on the trail unless I wanted to dump the liquid. I ended up having to basically blot both products on me and my dog, ugh.So now I am on the hunt for new spray bottles so it doesn’t go to waste.I would definitely buy this again but if I had similar issues I would be out.

This works well and smells good

I swear by YAYA Tick Ban and don't use anything else on my 165lb English Mastiff for fleas or ticks! I'm only giving 3 stars because these spray bottles are nothing like the larger one that I had with my first order. The smaller spray bottles did not work for me at all - it was pretty frustrating because I needed to spray my moose and it wasn't working... Amazon did let me return them. Stick with the large bottle that has a different kind of sprayer - but the product is incredible!!! I cannot really vouch for the mosquito spray - I did get 3 mosquito bites after applying that - but it is very humid where I am this summer - wet, hot and humid so...

Smells delicious, didn’t have that gross sticky feeling. But I have never had more bug bites in my life. I have DOZENS even after reapplying

We live in Maine so ticks and mosquitoes are a perpetual summer hazard, ticks even longer. So it’s important to have something that works and doesn’t rely on DEET. Whenever I use these products I don’t get bitten. And I like the scent. So, it’s a win-win.

This obviously does not work as good as a deet product would work, but it definitely keeps a lot of mosquitos away. As the seller says, it does need to be applied every 1-2 hours. You will notice it wearing off when you notice mosquitos by you increasing. If I had to estimate I would say it kept about 80% of the mosquitoes away. Personally think it smells good too!
