I have been struggling to lose weight on a low calorie low sugar diet with regular exercisr for a while. While I saw some results it was not as much as it should have been. I was also very tired and cold all the time so I went to my GP for a blood test. My thyroid function was low, but not low enough for them to treat me clinically so I turned to the internet. Since taking one of these tablets in the morning and one in the evening I have been getting a LOT of comments saying that I’ve lost weight, and my diet and exercise routine has not changed. Most of the difference is around my face and chin which I was self conscious about so I am very happy. I am of the opinion that the weight loss is actually a reduction in water weight, but I am sure my fat loss will be assisted by these. I plan to reduce the dose to only one tablet per day to maintain thyroid function now that it has accumulated its own idoine stores. Too much iodine can cause problems itself so be careful if this. You can have too much of a good thing. I’d recommend speaking to your GP before you start taking anything like this, but if you get the go ahead I would thoroughly recommend. My hair is also more bouncy and I have more energy! My hands and feet are still quite cold all the time but I don’t feel it in my body so much. The weather is very cold at the moment, though!

Easy to swallow, seems to be working. I've been experiencing night sweats and couldn't really work out why as I'm not quite menopause age. I was "vegan" for a while and I think this is what brought it on. Even though I switched back to meat, I was still experiencing the night sweats all the way through winter. Since taking these, they seemed to have stopped immediately, and now I'm sweating because it's 37 degrees! Still, much less than without the kelp.

I have been taking Higher Nature Ocean Kelp for years. They are one of the few brands with a safe dose of iodine. Am horrified to see that some brands have 2000mg per tablet/capsule. Iodine is poisonous in high doses. Thing is with dietary supplements - enough is as good as a feast.

I've bought this product several times, but can't continue to purchase it from Amazon UK as the import fees to France since Brexit are £28! In fact, it's turned out to my benefit, as I've found a product on Amazon France with fewer fillers. Still, this isn't the first time I've had to abandon a favourite product and look on Amazon France, and I'm afraid firms are losing my orders because of it. If you live abroad, do check the total fees carefully, as some products attract huge fees, others don't. Don't just click on "buy again" and think nothing's changed!
