So far so good
Just testing out the hydroponic system and watched some videos that were using this. It seems to work great in my made up shoebox ... i know it's not food grade, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on experimenting. The size is great to fit the mason jars as well. It seems to work well so far and will keep building out my system with food grade containers.

Exactly what I needed!
I used the 3 inch size pots for my hydroponics orchids and they perfectly fit the wide mouth canning jar I currently grow orchids in. So easy to use and works well as I intended. They come with cords to attach to the pots so that moisture can wick up to the roots.

Great seller has made me an expert growing carnivorous plants!
I have only lost 1 out of over a dozen carnivorous plants that I've purchased this year - and I think it's due to these mesh pots. The seller of some of my plants sent a care sheet that showed how to care for all the carnivorous plants, and they all had you plant your small carnivorous plants in these mesh pots with nothing but sphaghm moss as the "soil", then place the mesh potted planter in a bowl and add only distilled water up to a specific point on the mesh pot, which kept that bog-likr environment they all grow ij This was also a bargain to purchase, and they have excellent feedback.

These were the wrong size but I used them anyway. No problems with the quality. Just wished they had a flat side.
