NescoAmerican Harvest Open Country Jerky Seasoning/Cure Mix

I haven’t had a bad experience with Nesco. All of their flavors are great!

Didn't receive 3 packs of cure in 1 of the mix's

Works great. Lightweight. Used recipes in book and were good. The racks are hard to clean but the only con so far.

Not very sweet for something called Sweet Hardwood. I added some molasses and it tasted much better.

I use this seasoning for making beef jerky from ground beef and the finished product always gets rave reviews. Would recommend this seasoning to anyone wanting to make great tasting jerky.

the only thing i would change is the salt amount and i did do that after I made the first batch. it was incredibly salty so i cut it back to half of the salt packet and it was much better
