I have been taking this brand of multiple magnesium forms in one serving for 3 months now and I didn't notice a difference until I ran out and could not afford to buy any for about 2 months. That's when I noticed my mood had changed pretty drastically and consistently. I was irritable again and I didn't realize it until I was going through my supplements I purchase here on Amazon and looking over this supplement benefits and saw mood and remembered that was one of the reasons I purchased it in the first place. I'm not getting you I am noticing a clear difference in that area. I can't really tell how it affects me in other areas because I take a nerve blocker for a back injury that has disabled me quite a bit, but I do practice yoga and spend about 45 minutes every morning doing asanas so I keep myself fairly limber already. It's the other areas that magnesium benefit me that I am noticing a difference now that I've stopped taking this brand and multiple forms of magnesium. I suppose I should describe myself because I've noticed other people don't do that in many different reviews and it would be so helpful. I am 50 years old and a Caucasian woman. I suppose I'm in perimenopause but haven't really noticed any symptoms yet. I have taken vitamin K2 D3 as well as at least one type of magnesium for several years now as well as a daily multivitamin, which I am changing now to fit my age change and thinning hair. I hope that helps. I highly recommend this brand for those reasons.

My wife’s doctor suggested this product to improve sleep outcomes. I gave it a try and it has made a significant difference in the quality of my sleep. I started with one capsule at dinner and after two weeks went to the recommended two capsules. I am sleeping sounder, dreaming more and waking up less frequently. I am a 68 year old healthy male but my sleep patterns were becoming more and more choppy. This product is outstanding and I will sign up for a subscription to keep taking it from now on.

I have used this for over a year. I had Bariatric Surgery in 2007. It’s been almost 20 yrs and I still have somewhat malabsorption. It shows in my sleep patterns. So I decided after much research that I will need to up my Magnesium so I can sleep better. It works really well. This have the different types of Mag and helps with other ailments and bodily needs. I think my body has built up a small resistance to this type of product. When I started taking it I would take one capsule at night an hour before bed and now I am up to five. So I need something a bit stronger or maybe a different brand. I will still use this product and will alternate between different brands. Thank you for making this. It has made a difference

The first bottle I ordered was great. These really help with my severe muscle cramps, plus getting really good deep sleep waking up refreshed. My second bottle seems to have a lot of the powder from the capsules all over. Like they leaked out of the capsules or capsules opened in transit. I had hoped for a perfect bottle like the first ones.

I started taking this magnesium because my farmers suggested it because of all the medications I was taking was taking magnesium from me. I have taken it three days in a row and I’m telling you my joints have stopped hurting and I am not near as much pain in my bones as I was before I didn’t realize that some medication’s doctors prescribed to take can take certain vitamins from your body. Great mix of mag — beware of full dose if you don’t have a toilet near by lolI prefer to take one of two types of mag for specific reasons. This is a great replacement when I’m in a pinch but I don’t prefer this everyday for myself.

I've been taking magnesium glycinate for about 12 years. I started realizing it wasn’t really helping with sleep or muscle cramps anymore. I heard a podcast with the owner of Bioptomizer. It has 7 types of magnesium and is supposed to be great for sleep. It took about a week but I’m now sleeping through the night and getting between 8-9 hours!! I take 2 capsules 1.5 hours before bed and I can’t keep my eyes open!! Also I noticed clearer thinking and muscle cramps are gone. I highly recommend!!!
