Just what we needed
It’s solid enough to accommodate large items (frozen pizzas, for example) with no trouble. The foldable handle makes storage easy. Plus, it’s affordable.

This is a quality pizza peel. very easy to maneuver the pizza and a plus for closing it, so it's convenient to put away! LOVE this peel!

pretty good
It's sturdy enough to hold even the heaviest Pizza that would fit on it, the folding mechanism is easy to use and makes it so it fits (just barely) in my kitchen drawer, the only criticism that I have is that the finish on it is not very slippery I had trouble getting me first couple of pizzas that I made off of it, I solved that problem by scouring it thoroughly with a rough Scotch Brite pad it dulled the glossy finish to a brushed finished that combined with a dusting of flour and or cornstarch did the trick

Works great for its purpose
Love this tool for making pizzas. Like the fact that it’s stainless steel, big, and compacts to fit in cupboard. Hint: make your pizza on a large cutting board first with flower below it and use this pizza spatula to move from cutting board to oven or grill. Helps to put a little flour on the pizza spatula itself before attempting to move. I’ve had a few pizzas turned into calzones before I learn this.

I absolutely love this. It folds for easy storage. It’s thin so it slides under the pizza so easy. Much easier than a wooden pizza peel.

Riesenschaufel mit hohem Nutzwert!
Das Teil ist RIESIG und stammt - nicht überraschend - aus den USA. Sehr gute Verarbeitungsqualität (Edelstahl, spülmaschinenfest).Ich hatte mich immer geärgert, wenn mir mal wieder eine TK-Pizza bei der Entnahme aus dem Backofen mit einem Pfannenwender o.ä. "abgestürzt" war. Mit diesem Teil kann das nicht passieren, da die Fläche für die gesamte Pizza ausreicht. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Pizzahebern bei Amazon ist dieser Artikel spülmaschinenfest. Die anderen haben meist einen Holzgriff, der nicht spülmaschinenfest ist. Tip zur Aufbewahrung: Der Pizzaheber ist zusammenklappbar und macht sich dabei recht flach. In diesem Zustand paßt er gut in die Backblechschublade unter dem Herd.

nicht nur für Pizza
Ich benutze das Blech natürlich für Pizza. Dann mache ich etwas Mehl auf die Fläche und die Pizza gleitet sanft auf das Backblech. Aufgrund der dünnen glatten stabilen Blechs kann alles auch leicht wieder hochgefischt werden. Kuchenformen, Silikon Muffinform, aber auch Auflaufform habe ich damit schon schnell und einfach aus dem Ofen gefischt.Ich finde es allgemein eine Erleichterung und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Ein nützliches Küchenwerkzeug, über das ich mich schon oft gefreut hab.
