Is the Avalon dalstrong cookware 12 piece set available with glass lids?

as far as the aluminum rivets go...why not use stainless steel (18/10 ?) so that we don't have aluminum anywhere near us or our food?

Does the cookware discolor if you put it in the dishwasher, or use it in the oven? And what types of cooking utensils do you recommend using?

Hi Raymond, thank you for your question. The Avalon Series are freezer, dishwasher, and refrigerator safe so they should have no issue of discoloration. Compatible with all stovetops and optimized for induction and it is also oven and broiler safe up to 600 degrees F. Although metal utensils can be used on stainless steel cookware, it is recommended to use silicone, wood, or plastic utensils so that there is minimal damage to the interior of your cookware over time. It’s common to see scratches in the interior of your cookware at some point during its lifetime. While scratches do not impact the performance of your cookware, they do have an effect on the appearance.
