Work very well. Perhaps too well….
Can’t fault the effectiveness of these. I was only after a little help with my fibre intake so I just took one capsule. Let me tell you when I woke up the next morning I have never ever felt quite such urgency to get to the bathroom. They certainly do the job. My digestive system won’t need any more help for the next year or so. Recommend!
