This is a review for the white Heat Transfer Vinyl. I'm basically new to HTV and heat pressing, very little experience, but this ended up working out great. I had a friend of a friend need something pressed on a baby onesies quickly and so I ordered this up since the Sportsflex isn't recommended on 100% cotton and that's what I had on hand. I ended up cutting this on my Silhouette Portrait 3, as it's so much quicker than the Cricut Maker for set up and cutting (for me anyways). I used the cutting settings they recommended for the Cameo 4 (since I think I'm using the same Auto Blade as that) and it worked perfectly. Blade 3, Force 8, Speed 5, Passes 2. It weeded great in the little inside areas, and was a bit of a pull for the larger outside areas around the design, but it weeded without any trouble. The clear backer is just very sticky! They also included a weeding tool, so I went ahead and used that, and it worked great! I think I like it best of all my weeding tools.I ended up pressing my design twice on my HTVront Auto Press. The first time I was at 320-degrees for 20 seconds, with quilt batting under the vinyl to help lift it up to the seam level on the onesie neck and arm seams when pressing (so basically, I wanted to be sure I got even pressure; I also pre-pressed my garment for 10 seconds). After it cooled and I started to peel I didn't feel like it was great adhesion on the edges, so I pressed a second time at 330-degrees for another 15 seconds. I was able to peel it once it cooled but was worried as I was pulling it off, the backing is super sticky. It came off just fine but still felt like it was sitting on top of the fabric, so I pressed it again at 320-degrees for about 10-12 seconds, again with the batting under the vinyl area and with parchment paper over top. That worked, it looks beautiful! I like when vinyl is pressed into the fabric enough that if you look closely you can see the knit fibers where it's pressed in well. So I would say from my experience with this, do a second press after removing the clear backer to fully set it into the fibers.I think next time I would press at 320-degrees for 30 seconds and do a second press once the backing is off for another 10-15 seconds. The vinyl is really soft and supple. It reminded me of the Cricut Sportflex I have used before (but a fraction of the price and okay to use on cotton). I was worried this would be thick and bulky, but it's not at all. I'm really happy with it and ready to make myself some sweatshirts with it!So why the 4-stars? I had to press 3 times, so maybe this is harsh as every press can be different, but I'm using HTVront's machine, so I would expect it to be a little more accurate, especially since I'm inexperienced and need a little hand-holding these first few times. The backing is SO sticky that I really worried when pulling it off the garment. I guess if it's a proper press that should be a moot point as it wont affect the design, but I think it should be a little less sticky. I do have to say the instruction booklet they included is the best I've ever seen. Such great, detailed directions for cutting and pressing. That alone deserves a whole star. Overall, I would 100% buy this product again and if you're on the fence about buying it, I would definitely give it a try!

I bought two rolls of this vinyl. The purple was fantastic. It both weeded and ironed easily. I have a Cricut easy press and did 315° for 30 seconds. It didn’t seem to matter if I peeled it hot or cold. The white was a completely different story. The white was hard to weed because it was so strongly stuck to the delivery sheet. The white needed much more pressure and I ended up pressing twice then peeling when cool. It did not stick to peel warm. The vinyl is strong but thin and doesn’t feel thick on the shirts. That said, the purple seemed to always get bubbles that needed to be pushed out before I cut it. I would definitely order again because of the value but hopefully the rolls won’t be as difficult as the white.

This vinyl cut really good. My only thing is that the transfer backing was so sticky. The stickiness was great for applying it to my materiel but weeding was a little bit of a pain. When weeding it I was pulling for dear life, 😂 but I would buy it again.

Update:The seller reached out and offered to give me a refund and i appreciate them for that. Again as i have said in my original review, i really love this HTV, its cheaper and easy to weed. And the seller explained that have no control on how it has being stored as soon as they send it to amazon for storage and maybe it got damaged during that time and since this is my first time to get a damaged product after buying so many times from them, i will actually give this vynil a chanceI actually loved this vynil and i even recommend it to mg friends who just started doing HTV projects but the last vinyl i ordered is damaged. Too bad i eas too busy and didn’t do any projects after i ordered it and now my window to return is closed and i found out that the vynil i received was all damaged.

Love this HtV works just as good as siser or even better. The price is good on it also and a hook some with it every time. I haven’t had any issues with it lifting.

I was a little worried because it was thinner than Cricut vinyl. Worked great, easy weeding and adheres well. Washed well no complaints and the price was Great

I use this vinyl to make shirts for business. Its easy to work with and holds very nicely. And for the cost and amount of product its a great deal. I do find maybe certain batches.. are different then others. Colors typically are always the same on reorder. Have ordered this multiple times in many colors and only had once where the same color didn't match on reorder. They were quick to replace and try to fix. I find the lighter colors weed alot easier then the darker. Darker colors such as black can be slightly annoying to deal with.

This was the best value for your money from what I could find, and the quality is outstanding. It sticks so well and was so easy to use. Way better than comparable brands I was purchasing at Michaels. I already ordered more!!

If you're looking for metallic htv do not get deep gold or "silver" . I bought my roll early this year and I use it for creating templates. I bought it to use as gold vinyl. oh well. Good product. Not metallic.

So far, this vinyl works great. Just Waiting til next season to see if the vinyl still on.

I've bought this vinyl multiple times but can only use it for certain projects. It's very tough to cut and weed as it's very thick - however, it peels so so nicely as a hot peel so I use it with projects where I have to layer colours!One tip or trick to weeding it is to pull as low to the mat as possible, however it's still quite tough and requires patience. Definitely has its pros and cons - but another pro is it always comes with a little weeding tool which is nice.Would recommend this product depending on what you're making and depending on the strength in your hands. If you have any type of muscle disabilities or arthritis, I would recommend against this vinyl. But if not and you have the time to work with it - it's very nice once pressed on and lasts a long time!
