I have a hard time taking vitamins. I usually end up tasting them all day. I took these with food. Easy to swallow. Only got a slight taste. No foul burps like many other vitamins. I have been a vegetarian for close to 40 years . And a vegan for 5 . I didn't realize I was deficient on so many things. I now take these and an omega 3 replacement.

I absolutely love Vegan Vitality! I consider it user-friendly compared to other products I have tried. You only have to take one tablet per day and the tablets are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate the fact that there is no after-taste or odor to each tablet. Compared to other products, the pricing is reasonable. I have purchased Vegan Vitality for a couple years now and I believe I have an increased energy level and seem more focused!

I think these vitamins are excellent. It might be a placebo effect, or it might be coincidental, but I have felt more energetic since I recently started taking these. I am a long time vegan and I have used a variety of multivitamin supplements made by several different brands. Perhaps it's the high dosage of B-12 in these? Or maybe something else? My one anecdotal experience doesn't constitute definite proof of the vitamin's efficacy, but I want to add this positive review.

Though we are not vegan or vegetarian, we take these to ensure we have all our nutrients met. As a natural/crunchy family we really like these! Only think I wished it had was a seal of "GMP" and "Third party testing".I am fairly sensitive to additives and crap-fillers and never noticed that with these.Overall good product. No taste or stomach upset- though I know everyone digests differently.Have purchased twice, and will continue to purchase!

They are a slightly large pill but it's easy to swallow with water if you are used to taking pills. For some people who might dislike taking pills, the size might deter you. I've crushed it up once and added it to my smoothie and there was no bitter or foul taste/odor, if you would like to go that route. I take them with my vegan omega 3 pills I've also ordered on Amazon. I was happy to see it does include Iron in these vitamins so I dont have to take a secondary supplement pill for that as well. I've only starting taking them so I dont have much to report yet in the effectiveness or how it affects my energy levels but I haven't had any negative side effects. The only cons so far is that they're on the more expensive side of vitamins but worth it if you don't want to take anything with animal byproducts. I'm happy with this item so far!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cheapest quality multivitamins for vegans. This is my second bottle!

These daily pills are great. They are easy to swallow and along with a balanced diet they cover all of my vitamin and mineral needs to prevent deficiencies.

I have alpha gal so I had to switch from my daily women’s vitamin that had gelatin in it to a vegan vitamin. I have not reacted at all to this vegan vitamin. I highly recommend it!
