too bad it is too big for my oven. need to find a smaller size.

This pan is perfect to maximize the use of your oven and cook as many mini tarts or pecan pies as the oven can fit! The pan is super sturdy and does not bend, and I predict I will have it for the rest of my life. It releases the food easily and wipes out and cleans easily. An excellent investment.

This is a great large pan. I got this to use for cookie baking largely so that I could do a bunch at once and knock them out quickly. This works wonderfully. It is truly non-stick, and so cleans up easily by hand (a bit big for the dish washer). Cookies bake well on here and are all the same and beautifully golden brown. I can get about 20 regular home-made sized cookies on here at a time. There is some slight flex in the pan when things are baking, but flattens right back out when out of the oven or cool. Has no overall affect on pan or cooking. I've had this for about a year now and finally got around to the review. I use this a fair amount and it still looks like almost new, and still works great!
