Doesn't support Windows, didn't try iOS
So let me tell you how this product exactly run on my windows 10 laptop.after you connect it to your laptop or computer or even mobile, it will keep showing you a blue signal, and this signal will light up so slow probably every 5 seconds, and your device will only be writing whenever Satechi lights blue, so basically it's dead connection or the Satechi it self doesn't support Windows.I found a solution is that you should connect your Satechi to your laptop through the cable that it comes along with it, but this is not the reason I bought it for, I bought it because it supports bluetooth. so the device is not a good solution for you if you're using a laptop with Windows 10
