Q: Does this product include the little plastic piece that is to be plug in with ribbon cable (to fasten the cable)?

No. These keyboards only have the ribbon cable. There is no plug of any kind. Only old models of lenovo/IBM laptops had an actual plug. The connector on the motherboard/system board has a plastic flap that opens. The ribbon inserts into the connector and the flap closes and locks the ribbon. Be very careful when opening that connector. If you break it you are screwed.

Q: Does this fit the Lenovo Flex 3-1580 80r4? It looks the same, but is not listed in the compatible models

I don’t think so, and I would recommend you to search for the correct model since it could not fit or work properly, check the model of the laptop keyboard compatibility before purchasing.
