In such a short space of time, I have become so found of this vibrating pebble that I’ve started calling it “The 10 minute Pill”.I’m a long time meditator and Reiki Master and what everyone else is saying is true; 10 minutes of this is as effective, if not more so, than an hour of serious meditation.Being a Reiki Master, I am very familiar working with energy and vibration. It blows my mind how effective this gadget is by raising your vibration. It quite literally changes how you feel.I hummed and harred for days over buying this. It is a lot of money, but eventually I bit the bullet thinking if it was rubbish, I would send it back.It has more than delivered and exceeded my high expectations. It really is a very lazy, easy and unbelievably effective way to meditate.I guess what we’re ultimately paying for is the technology and all the R&D that has gone into making this. We’re also paying for a shortcut to access a state of bliss that is safe and doesn’t involve any herbs or drugs of any kind.I only have 1 criticism and that’s regarding the Plus package (which gives you extra sounds for £50 a year). I assumed the redeem code for this would be sent with the device.It was not. The workflow is you have to email them, and they then send you the code. To be fair, they were fast at emailing back but after I had the code, it took 5 attempts to get it to work.An issue they seem aware of as their original email said the code may need to be entered twice. This I believe is a problem on Apple’s app store side but even so, it detracted from what should’ve been a smooth experience in getting setup.If you want the plus package, just do the in app purchase, it’ll be a lot faster for you.£50 a year is a lot, but for what is essentially the cost of 2 coffees a month, the extra sounds have been worth it for me. They also make it more fun to use as you can mix it up and use different sounds at different times.

Something came free from the housing inside the unit making it vibrate at a different frequency inside the unit making it rattle along with the vibration. This is particularly unpleasant and I see they are no longer available on Amazon.I also noticed that these must be rather old produced units as they still have the old style power connector and not USB C as they should be.It is very effective at soothing however at this price it is a total rip off. It is just a lump of plastic. The price is presumably to cover the development costs. I am fairly sure they are just using standard technology to produce the vibrations which has been in mobile phones for a very long time now. I noticed that they say that the battery is big which is why it takes so long to charge. It is not heavy therefore there is not a large battery inside at all. It takes so long to charge because it doesn't use USB C.It has certainly not been made to last and I would not be surprised if they have many returns.

I never do reviews ever!this simple device is amazing, I have suffered with anxiety, health anxiety after realising I had it most of my child hood. I brought the device for when I was flying for the first time in 10years and on my own. I had read all sorts of ways to manage the stress when flying , but I’m in to gadgets, so seeing this I was intrigued. You have to stick with it every day to get the true potential, I had for a while put it down and not touched it for a year. Then life changes and I felt the need to explore it again.It centres you , grounds you and your thoughts. It creates a calm place when you think there is none. It helps break the noise that comes from over thinking.The special curated music is great and has many options to choose from , if you can sign up for the year do so, getting access to some real well made music is a plus. I take mine everywhere. I do a 10min before I start work and a 20min before bed. If things are going in the wrong direction , I stop find a safe place and do a 10min session. Even in the busiest and noisy places.Headphones , EarPods are a must.As I said I never do reviews , but this is something that I would highly recommend.Being in touch with your body and mind has been an interesting journey and one that this amazing device is helping.

Exquisite and compact, Plus Subscription includes a lot of well-suited music. The initial experience is good.

I’ve been using my Sensate now for a week and already can’t imagine being without it. After my first 10 minute session I drifted into a relaxing sleep, the same the next night. I now use every evening when I get home from work for about 20-30 minutes. As the session progresses I find I am letting go of tension that I didn’t know I had, and then just softening. It’s kind of subtle in a way. Mentally I can go from compulsively reviewing my day into spacious thoughts and a more relaxed mind, by the end of the session I can just be experiencing the music and sensations and nothing more. Tonight I was just visualising the music as colours, my mind had relaxed so much. I cannot say if this would work for anyone else as I only have my experience but in a short time it has become a lovely airlock between a busy day and into a restful evening. I would also add I did not get an activation code for Sensate Plus but I contacted Sensate via the app and they sent me an activation code the next day. I went into the Sensate Plus section of the App from the menu and then just followed links into a web chat.

I bought the sensate plus, but never managed to get the plus part to activate.Putting that to one side, the sensate worked really well, I fell asleep easily using it, and felt better. I really don't mind if it was genuine or just placebo effect.Then the device stopped working. I reported it to support who asked me to send a video of it not working and a screen shot of it connected to the app, unable to provide a screenshot, as if the device won't turn on it won't connect to app. I have pointed this out to support and received no response.So poor value for money and very poor support for a very very expensive device
