I love the way this stuff smells and feels in my hair! All my previous experience with leave-in products has totally weighed my hair down and made it sticky and/or knotted up, this one made my hair so soft and my curls are staying nice and hydrated.

This is the best curling product I have ever used. It makes my curls smooth with no frizz and lasts for about 4-5 days. Together with the soufflé, the best combo.

Quality product

My hair is wavy/curly, and I do not use product daily as I often straighten my hair. Most curly girl products leave my hair too crunchy or too oily. This product works as promised: soft hold, little product needed, doesn't feel oily, and adds curl when I don't feel like using a diffuser or styling.

As I get older, my hair has become more curly. I used to fight it daily to straighten it but who has the time these days? So, I have begun using products that make my curls look better. This is one of my products in my arsenal of hair products. It’s a staple for me and have been using it for years.

I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people who don't understand the purpose of this product. Nowhere on the bottle does it say it is an anti-frizz product... because it isn't. This is a soft hold balm, and in general the softer the hold the more frizz you'll have. Though you will get a bit more frizz than with products with stronger holds, in exchange you receive hair that looks sooo effortless. I have 3A-3B hair, and I find that most products will give me those really shiny, crunchy ringlets which are just not my vibe at all. This balm defines my curls and gives them some shine without making it look like I'm wearing a wig. It's also very weightless! My least favorite thing about curl creams and gels is that they tend to make your hair look really weighed down and stiff, whereas the soft hold here makes my hair feel so light and bouncy, and it actually moves when the breeze hits it lol. Additionally, the softer hold means your hair will look fuller since it isn't being condensed into so many tight curls! If you want to embrace that ethereal natural mane look, this is the one for you! This formula is truly beautiful.
