Hat arrived boxed with a protective plastic hat shape mould to keep it in good condition. The fit of hat for my size was perfect. I took this on holiday wih me last week with temperatures ranging from 45-50 C, and this hat was perfect.The hat is nice and light, and comfortable to wear for long hours. The design is lovely and our photographs came out superb, with everyone commenting how good the hat looked. Its a soft material, which keeps its shape. I packed mine using the clear plastic mould it came in with the delivery, and placed all my clothing around it in the suitcase. The hat was well protected, and was perfect on travel out and back again.I would definately recommend this, it is superb value for money.

I absolutely love this sunhat. It has an adjustable interior which makes it secure and also adjustable for different hairstyles underneath (a.k.a having braids or having your hair down, etc). The material was very sturdy and it also came with packing and reshaping directions. I wore it for 2 weeks in the Italian summer and I seriously believe this hat saved me. I think it provided great UV protection and helped keep my face a bit cooler in the hot sun. It is also super versatile and I felt it went great with every outfit I wore! Definitely worth the money.

Very good quality indeed. Survived perfectly intact after a 3 week holiday to Cuba. The broad brim offered excellent shade and despite being used daily and packed several times it's still as good as new.The plastic mould it comes with is really useful too, I packed mine on the moulding with underwear stuffed in and around it which kept it's shape really well.Very good value for money.

Came yesterday after ordering the day before! Excellent customer service!The hat has a wider brim and looks very stylish. It is quite heavy and seems like good quality but I can see how it may come apart, as mentioned in previous reviews, if the quality of the thread used in stitching isn’t strong enough. I’ll have to wait and see how substantial it is and update the review accordingly - hence 4 stars for now

What a fantastic quality hat. Looks and feels like a high end quality ladies Panama hat, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. It came very well packaged with a hat shaped form that I will keep to store it when not using it. It has easy to adjust internal Velcro strap to shorten if you have a smaller head (like me) and also a lovely ship strap for a windy day. I highly recommend this product

This is a lovely hat, nice-looking and great quality, but absolutely enormous. I ordered the right size according to head measurement and previous hat sizes, but even with the drawstring (N.B. - not velcro) pulled in as far as possible, it dropped down. The crown is also very high, so the result was that the brim made the tops of Sir's ears stick out so that he resembled Alfred E. Neuman from the cover of Mad magazine. Had to return it, though it would have given the neighbours a laugh.

Very good quality. I’m very happy with the size and adjustable strap inside. Finally I’ve got a hat that does not make my face look big. The packaging and the return card with instructions how to treat the hat - great idea. Worth the price 100%

The media could not be loaded.  This is a gorgeous hat!! And so high end! Been looking for the perfect hat for YEARS! I try them on in person everywhere I go!! I was nervous to buy online due to fears about it being too big or wobbly or arriving mis-shaped from shipping. But this hat and company is amazing!! No need to hesitate if that’s your fear. They packaged it amazing well! Protecting every side and brim and curve of the hat. Appears to be a super high quality company. Instructions, packing and materials are top notch! They claim you can fold and pack and reshape and give good instructions for those steps as well as cleaning and general care. I personally haven’t tried that yet. I wear mine around town and out on the boat. I love the UPF 80 for protection against the sun! It seems thicker than most hats and not see through at all, so that claim seems believable. It has a chin strap to use if needed for wind or boats. I just tuck it up in the hat for everyday use and it’s no bother. I almost returned it just due to the size, until I found the adjustable strap. The M/L wobbled quite a bit on me. My crown measures 22”. I needed a Small but it wasn’t offered in the tan/black combo I wanted at the time. I was skeptical of the adjustable Velcro strap, but honestly the teeniest of adjustment made all the difference in the world!! Now it fits snug and custom with no gapping or wobble! I highly recommend!!!! I would definitely consider it medium brim size. Not large and floppy but not a small hat either. Perfectly in the middle!

Kinda heavy

The hat did not look like in the picture. Looks as if the proportion of the top of the hat in the picture has been altered from reality. Thought perhaps it was just my big square head (in fact my head not too big just under 22 inches but it is square! LOL) or that some hats just do not suit me. Asked my daughter to try the hat and it did not look good on her and she usually looks good in hats. Tried the hat on my husband who has a smaller and oval shaped head. The hat did not suit him either. Too bad it is a nice hat, looks well made and was packaged well. For sanitary reasons I kept the plastic mold on the inside of the hat on while we all tried it.

I liked the prompt delivery, well packaged, and the size as expected. Very nice looking hat. I will order again in different colour.
