It is one bottle of each. They are large. I have seen the smaller bottles for about your price. I love this product, but I didn't pay this much. I caught a sale.

It depends on how healthy your hair is to begin with. If your hair is damaged, then you need the extra protection that heat protectant spray/oil gives you. If your hair is strong and undamaged, then it should be ok. (I really love these products! They have changed my hair!)

Q: Does this promote growth?

I’m not 100% sure. My hair grows quickly either way, but I do think this makes the hair healthier which protects it from breaking off at the ends makes it longer

Q: Does this help hair fall and tangles?

By fall do you mean reduce loose ends from falling out? No.. it might help tangles though. I have curly hair and had dyed it blonde which dried it out a lot and this shampoo and conditioner helped a lot with fixing the health of my hair. Giving back its moisture. It might help some what with breaking if your hair becomes stronger but I find hair falls out either way. The best way for me to reduce it is how much I continually pull it back in a day or how tight/wet it is when I do. Also make sure to read directions if using this. It says to leave conditioner in for 2-3mins hair will feel different (not as healthy) if you dont.
