Q: Does this help crepey skin and age spots on your neck?

I cannot speak to crepiness and spots, but it does moisturize and last which makes your skin soft and supple. My skin looks more radiant and sort of glowing.

Q: does this formula contain ceramides?

The Restoring Lotion according to the lable, does not have ceramides, however other Cetaphil products do.

Q: Does anyone use this on your face? Will it cause breakouts?

It will cause break outs. The only products that don’t are noncomedogenic and oil free. This isn’t oil free.
