The Bourbon honey jar looked somewhat crystalized. Don’t know if that is bad or a natural thing. BBQ season coming up soon enough. Have good hopes. Honey and booze to me is a marriage made in heaven. Looking forward to trying it out.

Old honey!
All the flavor is very good, but within a week and a 1/2 all of them start crystallizing. I assume it was because it's a very old batch of honey?

Arrive as a solid
Will not be buying this honey again.. The Orange Blosson and Bourbon arrived as a solid thick paste..Tried heating it up in boiling water which did not work..Will not buy again..
